Overseeing, coordinating, and giving general direction to the financial affairs of the church.

Greeters
Greeting and giving assistance to members and visitors as they arrive at church.

Insurance
Assuring that current insurance is providing the insurance needs for programs, vehicles, and properties.
 
Ladles of Love Ministry
Providing a meal to the families of church members on the day of a family member’s funeral.

Library
Providing print and video materials for church members.
Paula Pegues
Lord’s Supper
Preparing and assisting in serving the Lord’s Supper.
James Pegues
Media Duplication and Archive
Duplicating and archiving sermons and teaching for distribution on CD and website.
Joe Elliott
Missions
Planning, promoting, and implementing PBC’s missions vision; local, state, national, and international, and Benevolence, Brother’s Keepers, and Scholarship ministries.

Nursery
Responsible for staffing the nursery for Sunday School, Worship, and Wednesday nights.

Responsible for a churchwide comprehensive prayer ministry.

Special Events
Planning and implementing all special events (Philly Family Day, etc.), kitchen, and fellowships.

Technology
Responsible for evaluating and recommending updating computer equipment and software, as well as troubleshooting computer equipment and software problems.
 
Vehicle Maintenance
Responsible for recommending purchase of vehicles, vehicle operation/use, and vehicle maintenance.
 
Website
Responsible for planning, designing, and keeping the website current.
